• For each additional person we charge € 20,00.- per day
• Visitor`s tax per person is € 1,55.-

• We can offer also you a nice baby-bed, baby-high-chair
• The appartment is at your disposal on the arrival day at 2pm, on Sundays at 4 pm
• For a trough cleaning of the apartment , we kindly ask you to leave the apartment on your day of departure at 10 am.

Cancellation policies

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.

Cancellations made by guests on or after the 89 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions.

Cancellations made up to 28 days before set arrival date:30  % of agreed total price.

Cancellations made after 28 days before set arrival date:100 % of agreed total price.

In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
